How can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order, please write to us at info@up10activewear.com with your order number. There is a very small time gap to cancel your order or to change the address of your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. How do I change my shipping address?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you have made a mistake entering your shipping address or wish to update this information on your order, please email us asap at info@up10activewear.com. Please ensure to include your order number and your updated address. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If the order was already sent, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our facility, we can then ship it to the correct address.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are to be processed within 2 - 3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.Our standard for domestic shipping ranges anywhere from 3 - 10 business days. Please note once the order is submitted to the carrier, it takes up to 24 hours to update in the system.

How can I return my product?
To start the return process, please email us at info@up10activewear.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. When will I receive my refund or exchange?
Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the order is received in our facility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 7 business days depending on your bank. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@up10activewear.com

What if my product arrived damaged?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe you have received a defective product and need to exchange it for the same item, prior to returning the item, please email us to up10activewear@gmail.com with an image of the defect, quantity of products broken and order number. Once we receive your notification, we will let you know when to send your damaged item back to us. When the damage order is received, we will ship the replacement package.

How do I wash my workout clothes?
The best option is machine washing with cold water and like colors. Turning your clothes inside out is a good practice that helps to preserve the fabric. Avoid fabric softener or bleach. Hang-drying if possible. If you require a dryer, set it as tumble dry without any heat. Some dryers may refer to this setting as air only. Do not iron. Use a garment steamer if you wish to remove wrinkles.

Do you restock limited edition items?
Limited Edition items are available only in small limited quantities. Restocking of limited editions is possible but unlikely. The best way to not miss out and be notified in case these items come back is to subscribe to our newsletter.

How do I know if universal-size clothes will fit me?
Universal-size clothes are suitable for two or more sizes. Some of the brands we carry use this size standard. We try to provide as much information as possible on these products by including measurements and the size range, e.g., (S-M), (M-L). If you are unsure if a universal-size item will fit you, please email us at info@up10activewear.com, and we would be happy to assist you.
